Service Philosophy

At the establishment of Solar Sino, the company has brought along with its advanced management experience and quality products, an improved after sales service standards in the solar industry. Solar Sino provides a high standard of after sales service support, a professional repair & maintenance service including:

• Full 5 years material warranty for the modules following the arrival of the solar modules in the construction site.

• Full 25 years of power warranty for the modules from the delivery, 90% rated output power warranty at STC for the first 10 years, and up 80% rate output power for the total of 25 years. (Remarks:under the standard testing conditions of factory).

• During the warranty period, in event of problems occurring, Solar Sino or its authorized distributor will endeavor to respond within two hours and attend to the problems on-site and replace required components free of charge.

• During the warranty period, if problems arose resulting from owner’s mistake, Solar Sino assist in resolving these problems and if components change is required, only the cost of these components and changeover labour will be charged.

• Upon expiry of the warranty period, Solar Sino will still assist the owner within the two-hour response time on-site, should any problems arise. A scheduled service fee plus components (if any) will be chargeable.

• Solar Sino will implement an annual service program with its technical personnel making annual visit to ensure the solar modules are working right.

• Lifetime guarantee to provide continuous after sales service Solar Sino will continue to improve its product and component quality and develop the after sales service simultaneously thus bringing about better service quality to all customers.
